Hi, I’m Natasha.

Hair has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been fortunate enough to turn that passion into a career spanning over 20 years. My journey began in Hervey Bay, studying hairdressing, and has taken me across Queensland - from the Gold Coast and Magnetic Island to Brisbane - working in high-end salons and refining my skills at every step.

For 15 years, I was proud to work with Redken, where I trained extensively in advanced colour techniques and earned the title of Master Colourist. I love creating personalised looks that highlight each client’s unique style - whether through precision cutting, seamless colouring, or luxurious extensions. Every appointment is an opportunity to combine creativity, technique, and care to help people feel their best.

My career also led me overseas, spending four incredible years as a hairdresser on luxury mega yachts throughout Europe. Serving international guests and crew taught me the value of attention to detail, adaptability, and delivering a truly elevated client experience - lessons I bring to every chair at Papillon.

Outside the salon, I’m a proud mum to a daughter and son who inspire me daily. They keep me grounded, motivated, and endlessly curious.
